SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES
Ways to Give | | | | |

We believe that all gifts are important. Prestonwood Christian Academy could not operate without the major gifts that serve as the impetus for many of our capital projects and scholarship programs. We also know that it is the consistent annual giving of all those who treasure the PCA experience that remains paramount to our existence and will continue to provide the foundation of all giving.

As you review our giving opportunities, be reminded of the privilege and responsibility we have to be good stewards. When you support PCA, you demonstrate your commitment to Kingdom Education that is helping our students develop the vision, ability, character, and courage to make the world a better place.

PCA parents, grandparents, friends, and alumni can find a number of opportunities to consider when making a gift. To learn more about how you can support Prestonwood Christian Academy, contact the Development Office at 972-820-5045 or development@prestonwoodchristian.org.

Sponsor-A-Child ProgramSponsor-A-Child
Prestonwood Christian Academy trains kingdom leaders to engage the culture for Christ. Sponsoring a child at PCA opens the door for a student to receive a biblically-integrated, comprehensive Pre-K through 12th grade educational experience. Your gift is the key to help train more than 300 of the nearly 1,500 students who qualify for tuition assistance. For more information about how you can sponsor a PCA student, contact Bill Wendl at 972-930-4127 or bwendl@prestonwoodchristian.org.

PCA Fund
Prestonwood Christian Academy’s annual PCA Fund strengthens its programs and departments through funding for operations and special program support. This money helps bridge the gap between the cost of educating students and tuitions and fees.

Through the PCA Fund, parents, alumni, grandparents, and friends of PCA are asked to make regular, yearly gifts at whatever level is appropriate for each individual donor. All donations are tax-deductible. Gifts to the PCA Fund may be eligible for a match from employers.

Scholarships
One priority of Prestonwood Christian Academy is to address the needs of our top graduating students. Parents, grandparents, alumni, and friends of PCA can help provide scholarships to our top graduating students with a gift to this area. For information on establishing a named scholarship, please contact the Development Office at 972-820-5045 or development@prestonwoodchristian.org.

Capital Projects
Prestonwood Christian Academy continues to renovate existing structures and build new facilities that provide students and faculty with the environment and tools needed to develop their full potential. By providing state-of-the-art facilities, PCA enhances the overall experience for current and future students.

Donors may designate gifts toward the planning and development of facilities, including construction of new buildings, utilities, site work, or renovation projects. Prestonwood Christian Academy gladly welcomes gifts for capital purposes.

For further information concerning capital projects and facilities, please contact Bill Wendl, Senior Director of Development at 972-820-5045 or bwendl@prestonwoodchristian.org.

PCA Challenge Program
The PCA Challenge Program is a unique initiative that encourages new graduates to support Prestonwood Christian Academy. Graduates can make a four-year commitment of $250—$25 paid before, or shortly after graduation; and $50, $75 and $100 paid over a three-year period until the pledge is paid completely. However, if graduates choose, they can make a one-time gift in lieu of the four-year pledge commitment.

Endowments
Endowments are the gifts that keep on giving. The funds are invested by Prestonwood Christian Academy, and the interest generated by that investment is used for the purpose you wish to support — financial aid, merit awards for students, supplemental support for programs, facilities, and more. A portion of the income is re-invested each year, enabling the endowment to continue to grow and provide a predictable, stable stream of income over time.

In-Kind Gifts
In certain circumstances, Prestonwood Christian Academy accepts donations of equipment, materials, and supplies that PCA can use. For information on making an in-kind gift, please contact the Development Office at 972-820-5045 or development@prestonwoodchristian.org.

Matching Gifts
Through corporate matching, charitable contributions can often be doubled or even tripled. The process is as simple as completing a standard matching gift form from your employer and mailing it with a gift to PCA.

Click here to learn whether your employer has a matching gifts program. You may also contact your Human Resources Department directly. Mail your gift with the matching gift form to:

Development Office

6801 W. Park Blvd.

The proceeds from the match will be placed toward the same program as the original gift.
